Aesop Rock – The Impossible Kid (Stream)

Aesop Rock’s latest album, The Impossible Kid, is only a few days away, but he couldn’t wait for you to hear it. So what does he do? He uploads the entire album onto YouTube for your viewing/listening pleasure. This isn’t a new idea, mind you. The wordsmith also did something similar with his last solo record, Skelethon, as well as Hail Mary Mallon’s sophomore album, Bestiary. What’s most interesting, however, are the visuals from Rob Shaw, which remake The Shining with these little figurines–why am I not surprised? Unfortunately, as much as I want to listen to this early, I probably won’t have time to sit with it until the weekend. *shrugs*

Even though the music is out there for you to enjoy, there is still time to grab your pre-order bundles from Fifth Element. If digital is your preference, those are available too.
