Early last week we were gifted with what might be my favorite music news of 2016: the Descendents are getting ready to release a new album, Hypercaffium Spazzinate. Along with the news came the album’s lead single, “Victim Of Me,” and today Rolling Stone premiered the song’s music video. The guys can be seen performing as well as ever on a (surprisingly) small stage; the only downside is the performance is in front of a less than enthusiastic crowd. Still, this kind of simple, performance-based video works for the same reason the single does: it’s not trying to appeal to anyone other than the listeners who already love the band.
Be sure to catch the “Victim Of Me” below, and if you haven’t yet, pre-orders for Hypercaffium Spazzinate are still available.
