The Lock Sessions is coming out next week, and Olive Branch is still marinating (or not, depending on how you interpret this Tweet), but Locksmith keeps trucking along. Following the string of previews for The Lock Sessions, as well as a freestyle over YG’s “Why You Always Hatin’,” Locksmith has now taken to Drake’s “Hype,” and as you can expect, he went off. What I love about these videos is they do a great job of displaying Lock’s personal style. He always starts off low, both in his tone and his lyrics, and as the verses progress his delivery and content become more intense. Give it a listen.
